Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle full operation of the company.
∎ Should Be Expert in Air/Rail Ticket Issue, Reissue, Refund, Fare Calculation
∎ Plan & execute international & Local Tour packages for Corporate.
∎ Maintain communication with clients.
∎ Follow-up VISA Processing & Air ticketing.
∎ Communicate with Foreign Hotels.
∎ Building Relationship with Airlines.
∎ Maintain all online marketing communications on social media, email, website etc
∎ Attend meetings & brief sessions at corporate clients.
∎ Other tasks related to international tourism operations.
∎ Must Experience in Travel & Tour Operator Companies.
∎ Liaising with tour operators, rental car, airlines, hoteliers, and resorts representative.
∎ Collecting, evaluating, and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback by handling bookings, cancellation, refund, invoicing, operations and issuing of tickets or tourism services.
∎ To create holiday travel products based upon consumer insights/needs, which would include various critical aspects like experience, sought, average spending capacity, food and travel preferences etc.
∎ Negotiate agreements with tour operators, build a strong relationship with partners and keep track of contractual obligations.
∎ Knowledge of IATA rules etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having Experience in a managerial role in a major international airline, GSA, travel agency, travel company managing online-offline holidays product; experience with low cost.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tour packaging, Tour Guide, Holiday Packages, Air ticketing
