Experience:

• 2 to 4 years

B.Sc. / B.Sc. (Hons.) in Food Engineering, Food Science & Technology, Food Safety, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field from a recognized university.

• 2 to 4 years

• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and food hygiene practices.

• Practical knowledge of food compliance, audits, documentation, and CAPA.

• Knowledge of Bangladesh food safety and regulatory requirements will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in Sweets, Slaughterhouse, and Dairy Plant operations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, hygiene, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor food safety and compliance activities in Sweets, Slaughterhouse, and Dairy Plant operations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain food safety procedures, SOPs, checklists, and compliance records.

• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, personal hygiene, cleaning, and production practices.

• Conduct regular internal inspections and compliance audits.

• Identify non-compliance issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Maintain required documentation, records, reports, and compliance files.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Production, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure compliance.

• Support external inspections, audits, certifications, and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure proper traceability, documentation, and food safety practices throughout production operations.
