• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Technology

• Strong Knowledge of Textile Finishing Process (Weaving)

• Excellent Problem solving skill

• Strong Communication skill

• Ability to work under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Oversee the entire finishing process of woven fabrics, from inspection to packing.

• Coordinate with the production, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor day-to-day activities of the finishing floor and ensure compliance with production schedules.

• Ensure that the finishing process meets the required quality standards.

• Work closely with the quality control team to identify defects and ensure necessary corrections are made before final shipment.

• Conduct random inspections to check fabric quality, measurements, colors, and finishes.

• Assist in optimizing the finishing processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce lead time.

• Identify opportunities for improving productivity and reducing wastage in the finishing department. Maintain accurate records of finished goods, production status, and defect reports.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on finishing progress and issues to the management.

• Ensure adherence to factory safety and compliance standards.

• Make sure all finishing operations follow company policies and industry regulations.
