∎ CA (CC)/ICMAB part qualified/MBA or equivalent majoring in Finance or Accounting from any reputed Public/Private University

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sufficient knowledge of VDS & TDS
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
∎ Proficient in written and oral business communication.
∎ Self-driven and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office and advanced business communication applications.
∎ Working experience in ERP (SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, review, and process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
∎ Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
∎ Make certain accurate records of all account payable transactions along with VDS & TDS.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency-enhancing measures.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the procure-to-pay process.
∎ Oversee electronic and manual payment processes.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
∎ MJL Bangladesh PLC. is a publicly listed company in the downstream petroleum sector of Bangladesh engaged in blending, importing, marketing, and distributing of Mobil brand lubricants of ExxonMobil. We are looking for ambitious, proactive, self-motivated, and experienced professionals for the Finance & Planning Department.
