Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS/M.Com from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily/weekly/monthly assessment of cash requirement for business operation
∎ Incorporate payment related invoices/advance in Microsoft Access based register in a timely manner for tracking invoices
∎ Ensure proper checking of bills/invoices to ensure compliance with policy and procedures. Communicate with respective vendor to maintain various compliances
∎ Calculation and deduction of the withholding VAT and Tax as per laws and regulations
∎ Preparation of payment voucher in accounting software for vendor and employee related payment
∎ Reporting of statutory withholdings (VDS & TDS) from the suppliers / vendors to VAT & Tax wing on a monthly basis
∎ Preparation of VAT rebate reconciliation on a monthly basis
∎ Preparation of monthly Duty Draw Back voucher after ensuring accuracy and ensure accounting recording in the system
∎ Preparation of duty payment entry in the system
∎ Review of petty cash payments made by petty cash custodians and replenishment there to the custodians

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3+ years of experience including article ship in a reputed CA firm.
∎ Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills
∎ Adequate knowledge of IFRS, IAS and local laws and regulation
∎ Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-driven and willingness to work under pressure
∎ Must be proficient with the following software/tools:
∎ Word, Outlook, Excel, and Accounting Software
