Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA in Finance / Accounting from any reputed public/private university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devoted to supply chain team for procurement of goods
∎ Conduct physical market survey for price & quality verification
∎ Perform audit field work and testing as assigned
∎ Documentation of audit testing outcomes
∎ Maintaining sufficient & appropriate audit evidence
∎ Communicate audit issues along with documents to supervisor
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner
∎ Check daily local purchase bills, petty cash book and all types of payments & receipts voucher
∎ Conduct regular Market survey for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items, materials, prepare report
∎ Check monthly salary sheet, wages sheet & OT sheet of the employees
∎ To coordinate / communicate with concerned department in relation to audit
∎ Follow all kinds of applicable rules, policies and procedures to maintain appropriate financial activities
∎ Keeping security of all important documents
∎ Conduct banking correspondence to maintain existing debt portfolio
∎ Maintain/ buildup relations with Banks & NBFIs to create new avenue of loans
∎ Conduct any other activities as assigned
∎ Drive towards regular professional and personal development through brain storming, training etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced candidates will be given preference
∎ Proficiency in SAP/ERP is preferable
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communication with people
∎ Computer literacy is must especially in Excel
