Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overview:
∎ Mir Ceramic Limited is the leading tiles manufacturing company in Bangladesh, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in the ceramic industry.
∎ Currently we are seeking a dedicated full-time Executive – Finance & Accounts to manage bank reconciliations, general accounts, and banking activities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
∎ Prepare and maintain ledgers, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Manage short, medium, and long-term financing facilities within accounting software.
∎ Handle regular general banking activities.
∎ Record daily invoices in QuickBooks.
∎ Maintain the Provident Fund (PF) software for the company.
