Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are properly recorded into Books of Accounts.
∎ Sales and Purchase recording, and checking the Receivable and Payable Ledger.
∎ Assist in the preparation of Books of Accounts and check and verify all kinds of bills and vouchers.
∎ Assists in the preparation of different types of Financial Reports and any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Candidate should have a hard-working mentality, be honest and disciplined, as well as be able to challenge any situation in the company.
∎ The applicant should be proficient in computer use and MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
