• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Event Management, Public Relation Companies, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Group of Companies, Financial Consultants, Radio

• Expertise in tally software (Must)
• Good knowledge in MS Excel (Must)
• Negation Skill must be good.
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, cultural/artistic minded.

• Check all bills and other relevant documents
• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing & monitoring data.
• Prepare and submit salary advice to Banks for Salary disbursement monthly.
• Calculate VAT & issue VAT challan for billing.
• Communicate with clients to ensure payment and collect cheques accordingly.
• Prepare monthly billing statements and update the line manager.
• Inter-company billing for house rent, utility, etc.
• Maintaining and updating accounts of the company on a daily basis.
• Provide support necessary to Auditors in Internal and External Audit
• Procurement of different items/materials for different events.
• Negotiation with Vendors.
• All other duties assigned by the management.
