Good written and typing skills.
Must be dedicated, hardworking, and service-oriented.
Preferred experience in telecommunications.
Typing speed of 25+ WPM in both Bangla and English.
Strong command over both Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
As an Agent, your primary responsibilities will include managing queries on various social media platforms for reputed brands.
Manage customer queries on various social media platforms for reputed brands.
Provide accurate, real-time information through non-voice communication channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support.
Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (social media), email & web chat.
Assists customers effectively by solving customer Complaints.
Provides customers with additional information or explains the service.
