Good written and typing skills.
Dedication and hardworking attitude.
Preferred experience in telecommunications.
Typing speed of 25+ WPM in both Bangla and English.
Responsibilities & Context:
As an Agent, your primary responsibilities will include managing queries on various social media platforms for reputed brands.
Query Management in different social media platforms for reputed brands.
Provide updated information to the customers through non-voice channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (social media), email & web chat.
Assists customers effectively by solving customer Complaints.
Provides customers additional information or explains service.
