Job Context:
∎ ASIA COATINGS (PVT) Ltd. A fully owned subsidiary of JAT Holdings PLC which is a multinational wood coating and paint company headquartered in Thalawathugoda, Sri Lanka. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, selling and distribution of wood coatings and products related to the retail and industrial sectors. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is located at Birulia, Savar.
∎ Currently we are in need of an Executive for our Finance & Accounts department.
∎ Job Location : Birulia, Savar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & account.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial practices, including cash management, financial disbursements, ledgers, VAT & Tax, all types of payment etc and maintain all financial records
∎ Ensure proper entry in accounting software includes sales, Purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation & Preparation of debtors & creditors statements.
∎ Liaison with Banks, external vendors, and other related externals.
∎ Manage accounts payable/ receivable documents.
∎ Check & scrutinize all vouchers, sales invoice, procurement & other bills.
∎ Cash and bank management.
∎ Customer files & data/ transaction/ report entry and management.
∎ Treasury activities including preparation of weekly and monthly cash flows.
∎ Monthly/yearly financial reports as per management requirement.
∎ Ensure all accounts related records completed in time.
∎ Filling and preservation of financial vouchers and files in a confidential manner
∎ Must be able to work with accounting software.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-4 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ The applicant should have experience in : accounts, payment, cash
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP
∎ Should have good communication skills , specially in English ( the person needs to communicate with Srilankan management)
