Educational Requirements:
∎ The Applicant must have MBA/ BBA/ B. Com from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English Language and excellent in MS Excel which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
∎ Communication with overseas suppliers, negotiation with suppliers, and finding new suppliers. Ensure shipment booking & documentation for export in a timely manner.
∎ Knowledge of commercial papers/documentations for export. Banking Operation & Documentation incoterm-2020.
∎ Ensure preparation of Commercial invoice, packing list, Detail Packing list, Draft BL and CO (certificate of origin).
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping lines, C&F agents, transport agents, Customs & VAT department, etc.
∎ Dummy BL Check and reply, Shipping bill and able to track the shipment.
∎ Communicate with banks for timely Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) collection.
∎ Negotiate with the bank for the preferential exchange rate for exports.
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions, shipments, and customs. To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issues.
∎ To collect quotations against specific freight forwarders and other parties.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
∎ To monitor regular export policy, Bangladesh Bank Guideline & related other issues. Supervise and ensure assigned tasks are completed by the commercial team.
∎ Have to perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
∎ Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
∎ Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
∎ Excellent leadership qualities
∎ Practical & Adequate knowledge in export documents
∎ To keep up to date records of all buyers' order information's, Shipment Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
∎ Advanced negotiation abilities
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Excellent computer and software skills
Salary: Negotiable
