∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Applicant should be sound knowledge on Export L/C process & amendment and checking LC terms and conditions.
∎ • Prepare all types of export documents Invoice, packing list, Bill of Exchange, Beneficiary’s Certificate as per Export L/C. Submit & purchase Export documents with bank in time.
∎ • Preparing supporting documents for issuing REX, GSP, SAFTA at EPB and Chamber CO from MCCI,
∎ • Corresponding & Communication with bank, C&F Agent, Shipping Lines, Freight Forwarder, Transport agency & Production team for smooth export operation,
∎ • Timely Collect Proceeds Realization Certificate (PRC) from Bank.
∎ • Sound knowledge on SAP software would add extra advanced.
∎ • Check all types of Export related bill and submit to concern department on time.
∎ • Prepare all Export related statement and share daily, weekly and monthly report to the head of the department.
∎ • The applicants should have experience in 100% export-oriented Footwear manufacturing industry.
∎ • Computer literacy is a must.
∎ • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
