• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

• Age 27 to 34 years
• Only Male

• Prepare BOQ and MOQ as per design.

• Estimate and cost of interior and exterior materials and works.

• Prepare detailed quantity estimates of structural and finishing items.

• Prepare rate analysis and unit prices of structural and finishing items.

• Prepare contractor work orders and bills; visit projects for quality and quantity checks.

• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, plumbing engineers, and consultants to prepare the BOQ.

• Before preparing the BOQ, verify and thoroughly study whether the architectural, structural, and plumbing drawings in both soft and hard copy AutoCAD files are properly coordinated, and whether there are any errors in the drawings.

• Document all construction field activities and perform regular inspections to check the progress of all projects.

• Conduct technical auditing.

• Conduct inventory auditing.

• Supervise the site according to drawings and instructions from management authorities.

• Performing any tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.
