Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely regulatory compliance and license renewals.
Oversee internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
Develop compliance dashboards and submit periodic reports.
Conduct internal audits and recommend process improvements.
Design and run grievance/support surveys and coordinate resolutions.
