Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in MIS will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Managment, MIS, Programmer/ Software Engineer, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement new business application, analyze the requirements of end-users, test and integrate applications;
∎ Provide support to end-users, investigate data discrepancies, application errors, propose modification and enhancement of existing applications to improve their functionality;
∎ Developing presentation and user manuals of ERP modules;
∎ Understand different levels of MIS reporting and its impact on business processes;
∎ Work with end-users and also with the ERP team;
∎ Understand the following process of Garments & Textile & Garments Accessories manufacturing:
∎ a) Knowledge of Garment ERP Implementation
∎ b) All levels of Production Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Merchandising, Production Planning, Knitting, Dyeing, Inventory Management, Maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant should have at least 1-year experience in ERP implementation.
∎ Must have knowledge of technical application, operating system, and application software
∎ Ability to work long hours and/or weekends when necessary.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in Ms. Office, internet, etc.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Negotiable
