Job Responsibilities:
∎ Investigate, Monitor and Ensure smooth ERP operation of respective module/s.
∎ Address module specific ERP issues and provide solution with in-house team as well as with Oracle or External Consultant as per defined scope
∎ Train end user for respective module and Develop ERP representative by location by module.
∎ Ensure availability of 24x7 hours to address ERP issues/ to support.
∎ Ensure timely response & support.
∎ Analyze AS-IS process and identify scope of improvement with better control.
∎ Maintain proper documentation (e.g. FDD, CRF etc.) for support and enhancement.
∎ Maintenance of master data for ERP Support/ codification and Perform periodic checks of data integrity.
∎ Contribute to IT Project for respective Modules.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Incumbent should have knowledge on Oracle eBS ERP Financial Applications.
