User Support:

• Support daily troubleshooting and operational issues in Oracle Database, ERP.

• Maintain a knowledge base with guides and FAQs.

• Ensure smooth ERP support under any condition or pressure, while maintaining professional behavior with users.

ERP Module Implementation:

• Assist with the completion of unfinished ERP modules, ensuring proper integration and functionality.

• Develop custom reports based on employee data, refine ERP usability for users, and regularly update best practices guidelines.

Basic ICT Support:

• Provide basic hardware and network troubleshooting support, with remote assistance and quick guides.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in Programming Language PHP, and Oracle Database is required.

• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professional, well-mannered interactions with users.

• Experience with LOGIC ERP will be prioritized applicants with this background are encouraged to apply.
