Responsibilities & Context:

·        Must have basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, operating systems and computer accessories .

·        Must have basic knowledge of Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

·        Must be familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and general troubleshooting procedures.

·        Must have basic knowledge of Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.

·        Monitor and ensure smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.

·        Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and business applications..

·        Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related maintenance and support.

·        Provide technical assistance to users and resolve day-to-day IT issues promptly.

·        Any others task assign by management.
