Responsibilities & Context:
∎ .Age 20 to 28 years
∎ .Front Desk Working Experience.
∎ .Administrative Experience.
∎ .Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ .Need to perform Admin related work.
∎ .Maintain Telephone directory of the organization and receive all incoming calls and forward outgoing calls.
∎ .Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ .To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents, and dispatch them to concerned authority by keeping records
∎ .To maintain the record of incoming and outgoing parcel.
∎ .Responsible for basic Accounts related data entry as assigned in software
∎ .Maintains and stocks basic office supplies.
∎ .Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations in the reception area.
∎ . Duty Time 10.00am To 08.00 pm
∎ *Candidate must be advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Access & Microsoft Outlook and online browsing.
∎ *Persons having knowledge of IT/ Computer content will be given special preference
∎
