Job Description/Responsibilities:
Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities for pharmaceutical process machinery and utility systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime and uninterrupted production.
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Monitor equipment performance proactively to improve reliability, efficiency, and operational continuity.
Ensure machineries timely maintenance planning, execution, and documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
Operate and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, cleanroom systems and associated utility equipment.
Control and monitor cleanroom parameters such as temperature, relative humidity (RH), and differential pressure as per cGMP requirements.
Supervise installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of pharmaceutical machinery and utility systems.
Coordinate and support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities with the Validation and QA teams.
Maintain accurate and GMP-compliant documentation, including SOPs, maintenance logs, calibration records, and logbooks.
Coordinate closely with Production, QA, QC, and other departments to ensure equipment readiness and smooth operations.
Supervise, guide, and train technicians/operators on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.
Support management in executing special engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
