BANGLAMARK is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Executive Engineer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of sales and technical support for cement industry plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all inquiries and sales leads related to cement industry plant machinery, after-sales services, and spare parts (both live and upcoming).

• Maintain meticulous records and follow up on sales leads generated by the team.

• Generate and maintain comprehensive reports, including:  Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales lead reports  Sales reports  L/C & TT payment records and status reports.

• Conduct insightful business analyses to identify trends and sales opportunities.

• Review and verify shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoices, packing lists, Airway Bills, etc.).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cement industry plant principals, suppliers, and manufacturers.

• Proactively source and establish new partnerships with key players in the cement industry.

Project Management Responsibilities (Additional):

• Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring for assigned engineering projects.

• Define project parameters and assign responsibilities to team members based on their expertise.

• Act as a client liaison, interpreting their needs and representing them effectively.

• Conduct regular quality control checks on budgets, schedules, plans, and team performance.

• Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure project success.

• Develop specifications for project-related equipment.

• Establish frameworks for measuring project metrics and data collection.

• Implement field testing methods and monitor the quality of such tests.

• Ensure strict adherence to relevant codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
