∎ Graduation in Marketing from any reputed Public/private university. However, having an MBA will be an added advantage.

∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the progress and status of the Sales Automation Project
∎ Collaborate with Project Lead to drive sales development strategy, and create standardized sales operation policy and data reporting system
∎ Analyze performance metrics data and leverage them to effectively coach and develop Field Sales Team
∎ Provide functional Training to the front-line field Sales Team in collaboration with Training Department
∎ Presenting Project prototype to Business Lead and Implement Project in other businesses
∎ Coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth implementation of trade promotions and rolling sales plans
∎ Conduct monthly & special meetings for field assistants regularly on technical issues of the project as well as soft skills such as motivation, quality assurance, monitoring, counseling, etc.

∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Prompt in vendor management
