Experience in tender documentation (preferably in construction/steel/building industry) will carry an extra advantage.
Female are encourage to apply.
Strong proposal writing & documentation skills.
Good knowledge of BOQ, tender submission process.
Should have good command of English (Reading, Writing)·
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication & coordination ability.
Capable of working independently under pressure.
Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and identify tenders from online portals & newspapers.
Prepare, review, and maintain tender documents and related papers.
Write proposals, interpret BOQ and ensure compliance with requirements.
Coordinate tender reviews, submission deadlines and dispatch.
Maintain post-tender documents- Notification of Award (NOA), Performance Guarantee (PG), Contract Agreement etc.).
Track status of running tenders.
Communicate updates with stakeholders via email/phone.
