• Age 24 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Resident of Sylhet, Moulvibazar, or a nearby area. In-depth knowledge of the local geography and distribution routes within Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Brahmanbaria, and Netrokona is essential.

• Primary Distribution (Factory to Depots):

  • Coordinate and monitor the dispatch of products from the factory to various company depots across the country (including Dhaka, Jessore, Bogra, and Cumilla).

  • Ensure timely and safe loading of goods, minimizing transit damage of fragile glass products.

  • Handle all necessary documentation for inter-depot transfers, including challans and waybills.

• Secondary Distribution (Sylhet Division & Surrounding Areas):

  • Manage the delivery of products from the local depot to dealers, retailers, and key clients within the assigned territory of Sylhet Division (Sylhet, Moulvibazar, Brahmanbaria, and Netrokona).

  • Plan and execute daily delivery routes efficiently to ensure on-time deliveries.

  • Monitor stock levels at distributor points and ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

• Channel & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors within the Sylhet division.

  • Address and resolve any distribution-related queries or complaints from channel partners promptly.

  • Act as the primary on-ground representative of Olila Glass Factory in the region.

• Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on distribution activities, stock levels at depots/retailers, and market feedback.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, dispatch schedules, and delivery statuses.

  • Liaise closely with the central logistics, sales, and warehouse teams.
