Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Head of sales and marketing operates in a professional office environment at corporate head office.
∎ An eligible person who can directly work on sales of land and apartments independently.
∎ Need to achieve sales target.
∎ Must have record of good sales revenue.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Must be capable of generating own enquiries and close deals independently.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Must be able to achieve weekly/monthly sales target.
∎ Must have record of good sales
∎ Execute the company sales activities, plans and procedures.
∎ Attend daily to customers and follow-up to close leads.
∎ Negotiate sales contracts, finalize sales agreements and ensures timely payment of receivables (collections).
∎ Find out New Customers & visit the market frequently.
∎ To monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor activity.
∎ Responsible to achieve the set sales target and sales meeting.
∎ Exploit ideas to enhance sales and increase revenue.
∎ Promote the company services to existing clients as well as identifying and acquiring new clients.
∎ Study, prepare and administrate sales offers and contracts
∎ Follow up on Collections as per related sales
∎ Stay updated with respect to product knowledge and sales technique
∎ Submit data management and report on time.
