∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Audit, Business Analysis, Commercial/ Export-Import, Corporate Finance, External Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides technical leadership in monitoring and evaluation systems and processes across the organization;
∎ Synthesizes historical project successes and finalizes and aggregates organizational indicators across a range of past and ongoing projects;
∎ Provides technical guidance and direction for, and review of, company's activities and resulting deliverables including reports;
∎ Serves on required assignments as a technical expert to support field-based projects in the design, implementation, and management of systems to include the development, design and implementation of surveys and studies, and help develop other indicator tracking tools as required;
∎ Informs and develops management approaches and strategies as required in support of new business development;
∎ Develops and/or revises management templates as a part of organization-wide effort to improve project reporting capabilities;
∎ Represents the top management and serves as a thought-leader for management to external audiences, as well as internally to company staff;
∎ Delivers trainings, as necessary, for company in a variety of monitoring and evaluation, data collection and analysis topics;
∎ Supports the systematic reporting of management data across company's programs portfolio;
∎ Reporting to and supporting the Top Management on the reporting and accountability responsibilities including developing and implementing organization-wide corporate arrangements and structures;
∎ Development and delivery of effective operational, Auditing & finance systems and processes for the organization, with a focus on accuracy in recording and reporting on the overall operations of the organization, and a focus on the principles of The organization Policy;
∎ Will provide technical support and contribute to staff training and mentoring in areas of evaluation, data collection and analysis, learning agenda development and other project deliverables.

∎ Good project planning and cost planning skills
∎ Good working knowledge in the areas of Corporate tax, VAT and import procedures including customs and banking processes.
