∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for skilled machine engineers/executive/supervisor/operator to set-up, maintain, operate machinery and ensure the efficient running of productions.
∎ An executive is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaborations with co-workers.
∎ The goal will be to ensure that production and procedures are carried-out smoothly to maximise efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set-up machines (calibration, cleaning etc) to start a production cycle.
∎ Control and adjust machine setting.
∎ Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
∎ Inspect parts with precision and using measurement tools.
∎ Test operations of machine periodically.
∎ Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
∎ Check output to spot any machine related mistakes or flaws.
∎ Keep record of approved and defective units or final products.
∎ Maintain activity logs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as an Engineer/Machine operator.
∎ Working knowledge from PAPER and BOOK PRINTING industry is essential.
∎ Working knowledge of diverse high speed machinery and measurement tools (calliper, micrometer, etc).
∎ Understanding of production procedures.
∎ Adhere to health and safety regulation.
∎ Analytical skills.
∎ Attention to details.
∎ Teamwork and communication skills.
∎ Able to speak clearly in English.
∎ High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree especially in Mechanical or/and Mechatronics is a plus.
