∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Back office Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Livestock, Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, manage digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Has the capability to use Accounting & Sales Software.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, social media advertising, conduct advertising campaign and product photoshoots for campaign.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign, including a good Graphics Designing Knowledge
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign, including good knowledge of developing marketing area.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and, Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Must have experience on the Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ Execute all digital marketing, including Face book posting, post boosting, responding.
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaign as per company needs.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Website & email etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Monitor, listen and respond to visitors and users in all channels
∎ Implementing and Managing Company's social media accounts.
∎ Managing all digital assets like Domain & Hosting, etc.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update company website
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e. sales, product, and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies
∎ Must be able to maintain a co-operative and close relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional calibre.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email etc) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Conduction routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
∎ Compile reports for management showing results

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Has the ability to work long hours.
∎ • Experience in Accounting will be given preference.
∎ • Experience in accounting software is preferable
∎ • Should be willing to accept challenges and able to handle multiple tasks at a time
∎ • Should take responsibility of the work

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
