Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience as DGM/GM in a restaurant chain company.
∎ Preparing sales budget & forecasting according to Outlet and item wise.
∎ Set various types of goal as per requirement.
∎ People development & Team management.
∎ Strategic planning for sustainable marketing.
∎ Analysis the market dynamic and plan according to the dynamic.
∎ Monitoring market scenario every day and take step according to demand and supply.
∎ Developing image & establish brand.
∎ Controlling Sales, operations day to day basis.
∎ Cost controlling though efficient selling
∎ Maintaining the credit efficiently and effectively.
∎ Provide guideline for the team.
∎ Strong communication with sales personnel, Outlet, and production facility.
∎ Complain Handling and Feedback to management.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting annual sales quotas
∎ Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire the sales & marketing team to boost up sales volume.
∎ Responsible for day to day monitoring of sales team
∎ Prepare yearly/half yearly sales budget of sales, marketing planning & implementation
∎ Development of market through proper planning and implementation of sales promotion scheme.
∎ Preparing daily/monthly/yearly sales target and allocating the same to the sales.
∎ Monitoring credit & outstanding parties on regular basis, strong initiative to collect defaulter party's dues amount.
∎ Maintain & monitor regular visits to outlet, production facility.
∎ Execute proper distribution of raw material, final product for each Outlet and achievement & provide feedback to the management.
∎ To implement if any other assignment given by the management from time to time.
∎ Should have good knowledge about FB marketing other marketing technique for promotion.
