Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an Restaurant in Charge ( Manager) with 5-7 years of experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).
∎ Note: Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reaching operational and financial goals, improving employee skill set through training, cost-minimizing, and ensuring a better workplace with highly motivated employees.
∎ Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
∎ Manage & Monitor activities of all Associates in the restaurant as per the standard of service excellence, policies & procedures where needed.
∎ Creates and develops menu prices, beverage lists and also responsible for the selection of condiments, linens, uniforms, and decor used within the property's facility.
∎ Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant area
∎ Operating different location within the projected budget & daily sales target as per company policies.
∎ Assisting supply chain with a regular consumption forecast, and alternative vendors.
∎ Developing standard operating procedure as per compliance to evaluate safe and effective operational and financial goals.
∎ Building a work culture & giving directions to the employees so that company vision can be fulfill.
∎ Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.
∎ Evaluating organizations staff performances.
∎ Stay informed about the current trends related to product & services offered by the organization.
∎ Managing marketing opportunities for the organization.
∎ Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management as & when required.
∎ The job description may be changed /revised if the management deemed necessary.
∎ Responsible for overseeing guest interactions.
∎ Problem solver and good leadership skills,
∎ POS management, customer relations, sales reports, upselling, and overall outlet management.
∎ Should be familiar with the local market, due to the dine-in nature of the restaurant,
∎ A groomed and articulate candidate is essential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have at least 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role as Restaurant-in-Charge ( Manager).
∎ Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, and Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs).
∎ Follow the Restaurant policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hours as per job requirements.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Commission if certain sales target can be achieved.
