Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have knowledge on fashion design.
∎ To work in the section of research and product development of RMG Group of company.
∎ Candidate must have interest to learn new trends and topic.
∎ Firm determination to complete assign job.
∎ Ensuring the product is in agreement with business strategy.
∎ Selecting fabrics and trims.
∎ Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
∎ Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing English.
∎ Creativity, innovation and flair
∎ An eye for color and a feel for fabrics and materials
∎ Ability to generate ideas and concepts
∎ Design and visualization skills, either by hand or through computer-aided design (CAD)
∎ Technical skills, including pattern cutting
∎ A proactive approach
∎ Self-motivation and confidence.

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
