Responsibilities & Context:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers professionally.

  • Make outbound calls for customers follow-up, Support & Services.

  • Respond to customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and Messenger.

  • Provide clear information about broadband services. Maintain customers information and call records through data entry.

  • Update Excel/Google Sheet and TT System properly.

  • Follow up with customers when required.

  • Coordinate with office staff.

  • Maintain polite,customers-friendly, and professional communication at all times.
