Educational Requirements:
∎ Any background but must have experience in Visa Counseling.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media's
∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand clients requirements
∎ Enter and update client information in the database
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts facilitate future sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Counseling for student visa, visit visa and other types of visas.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Immigration, Student counseling.
∎ Age up to 45 year(s)
∎ Proven experience as sales /foreign education counseling.
∎ Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
∎ Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
∎ Excellent knowledge of English and Bengali
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
∎ Candidate must have solid understanding of technology/digital products
∎ Candidate must be handy in terms of using computer
∎ We prefer candidates who are willing to hustle to serve clients and get problems sorted out managing multiple issues at a time.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
