Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ To identify and approach potential customers, including construction companies, contractors, and architects, to generate new business.
∎ Set and track individual and team sales targets, ensure 100% achievement of sales targets, and align them with overall business objectives.
∎ Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ Negotiate contracts and terms of sale with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the steel building materials, including features, benefits, and applications.
∎ Track and report on sales activities, pipelines, and results, providing regular updates to management.
∎ Ensure all contracts are properly documented and comply with company policies and legal requirements.

We are now looking for a smart, industrious, and charismatic Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling steel building materials.
