Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop trusting relationships with customers
∎ Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
∎ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
∎ Acquire a thorough understanding of major user needs and requirements
∎ Identifying/Generating leads and visiting/pitching clients on a regular basis
∎ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
∎ Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
∎ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet targets
∎ Forecast, track, report and act on key account metrics and customer insights Job Requirement
∎ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
∎ 2 years' experience in Sales
∎ Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in equivalent roles
∎ Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening
∎ Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel
∎ Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
∎ Ability to think strategically
∎ High level of professionalism, including punctuality and reliability

Additional Requirements:
∎ The individual should have around 2 years of sales experience, be adaptable enough to work in a tight knit team, comfortable representing his/her company to potential clients, and operation within time, budget and scope constraints for maximum impact.
