Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 BDT (Based on Performance)

Position Overview:

Nexora Prime International is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook, TikTok & Instagram) ad campaigns and a strong understanding of target-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns

* Manage business advertising campaigns effectively

* Create engaging static posts, reels, and promotional videos

* Edit and produce marketing videos

* Set marketing targets and achieve them efficiently

* Promote services related to travel and/or education consultancy

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Meta ad campaign management

* Experience in a travel agency or education consultancy is preferred

* Skilled in content creation (static posts, reels, video editing)

* Strong understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization

* Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
