• Essential technical skills include basic IT proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel, and Google Workspace), digital literacy, and field-specific software.

• Written fluently Bangla and English.

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase company revenue and growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.

• Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.

• Promote company products/services to increase brand awareness.

• Assist the Chairman in business planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for meetings.

• Follow up on tasks assigned by the Chairman and ensure timely execution.

• Maintain regular communication with key clients and partners.

• Arrange meetings, negotiations, and presentations on behalf of the Chairman.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
