Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare own sales plan and achieve the sales target
∎ Response promptly to customers query about the products and services(both online and offline)
∎ Perform any duties regarding sales and business promotion assigned by management.
∎ To assist line manager, developing sales strategy aligning showroom, individual and corporate business plan
∎ To prepare individual sales budget and to maintain business center wise cost aiming to profitability
∎ Participate in the market customer research, study market conditions, competitor data, analyze products demand and to assist line manager setting business plan
∎ Weekly report on sales and category wise customer complaint reconciliation with correction plan to the reporting head.
∎ To evaluate own performance, to correct improvement areas and to perform towards Excellent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Negotiation Skills, Sales.
∎ Face to Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Furniture Sales
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
