Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement social media strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.Identify
∎ key platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and trends for audience engagement.
∎ Develop a content calendar for consistent posting, including a mix of text, image, video, and live content.
∎ Host and manage live sessions across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, Facebook Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live).
∎ Interact with viewers in real time by responding to comments, answering questions, and engaging in conversation to enhance brand interaction.
∎ Monitor performance during live sessions, using analytics tools to track views, engagement, and audience retention.
∎ Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce eye-catching visuals and interactive elements for live and regular posts.
∎ Develop campaigns to promote the brand’s message, products, and services through live and regular content.
∎ Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other collaborators to boost brand visibility during live events.
∎ Keep online listing & content up to date
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the management
