∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/ MBA preferred
∎ Skills Advantage: Customer query management, Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Retail Sales, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Corporate Sales,Brand Activation, Consumer Food Salesetc.
Job Context:
∎ Females 03 (three) Males 07 (seven)
∎ Job Location: Dhaka/ Any part of Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Focus on developing relation with corporate level customers as well as retention of the existing customers
∎ Assess customers need and react immediately
∎ Conduct market research/survey to identify selling possibilities
∎ Keep good trade relationships with responsible persons
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
∎ Receive & make call to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Willingness to work for extra hours
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Retail field sales Activation
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving skill.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Office, Internet tools etc.)
∎ Good command on social media operation.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.

∎ 0-5 year(s)
