Job Context:
∎ A Digital Marketing Content & Planning Executive`s role is to implement digital marketing strategies that align with and set out to achieve the client`s goal and objective. He/she is required to have a solid understanding of consumer segmentation and their off-line and online behavior, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, blogging strategy, keyword research, SEO, SEM and relevant data
∎ analytics tools.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist team in setting digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, display advertising, social media and blogs)
∎ Conduct intensive research to gain an in-depth understanding of all buyer personas
∎ Conduct extensive research on the topic trends and consumer's thoughts
∎ Help developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
∎ Assist the Content Strategist in managing all aspects of clients' online content
∎ Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
∎ Manage content distribution to social media platforms to increase web traffic
∎ Assist in management of AdWords and other paid channels
∎ Create and test ad copy for operational efficiency
∎ Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention
∎ Craft out content pillars and sub-pillars
∎ Ensure all content produced matches the tone and style of each client
∎ Ensure all content produced meets the Google guidelines
∎ Assist in creating the editorial calendar and maintain it by setting realistic content production and publishing deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years (Preferably in Digital Marketing Agency)
∎ Good understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and techniques
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ The ability to drive the strategy and content development exercises
∎ Proven track record in implementing strategic plans with substantial results
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Experience in developing pitch deck
∎ Experience in content management system, relevant media platforms and keyword research tools, SEO & SEM
∎ Strong multitasking & analytical skills

Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
