Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance will have an added advantage.
∎ Any third class not allowed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement the local labor law and the buyer's code of conduct.
∎ To ensure proper housekeeping, visit each floor twice in the direction required to achieve the departmental goal.
∎ To complete all training issues on time in accordance with customer demand and TNA
∎ Advise and guide the factory's management and other managers on organizational, employee relations, communication, and grievance handling issues.
∎ To ensure health & and safety environment in the factory. The health and safety committee organizes a health and safety workshop or seminar every three months to raise worker awareness.
∎ To visit the floor daily & identify compliance issues, & make a report for submitting and taking action (if needed) to the compliance manager at the end of the day.
∎ To monitor the implementation of the workers' employment standard.
∎ To prepare CAP according to findings internal and external
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations based on the behavior of workers or line supervisors.
∎ Ensure the department's daily functional activities by providing proper support and completing any other tasks assigned by superiors.
∎ Disbarment of deceased worker benefits and all related work
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Should have very good command in English.
∎ Sound knowledge in General HR and Compliance
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Accord/RSC/Alliance standard as well as BNBC/NFPA/Fire Act..
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have excellent people management skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office Packages.
