Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure yearly import/export customs statement for bond audit.
∎ Communicate directly with EPB officers as necessary to answer quarries tranquilly and efficiently with updated documents and manage EPB in any irregularities and difficulties.
∎ Any other assignment has given by the management from time to time.
∎ Collect GSP/CO documents for concerned departments/suppliers.
∎ Collect Invoice/Packing List/Shipping Bill/NN BL from the export department Submit GSP/CO to EBP and collect on time.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ EPB: Arranging CO & GSP, Rex Related all documents prepared and submit by Bangladesh Single windows Software.
∎ UD (Utilization Declaration):
∎ Arranging UD related all documents and prepare UD by Online UD Automation system from office. UD Amendment
∎ Prepare online UD amendment from office and then approved from BGMEA Export Order.
∎ prepare the export order from the office and approve from BGMEA.
∎ Free of Cost certificate.
∎ Arranging free of cost certificate documents and approve from BGMEA CO (Certificate of Origin)
∎ Issue the CO from BGMEA, which are submitted online from office.
∎ Metropolitan Co Issue From chamber of commerce
