Job Context:
∎ Special Note:
∎ The candidate will be under 3rd party payroll.
∎ This position is for Male & Female both fresher and experienced candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with delinquent Retail Loan borrowers and confirm the payment.
∎ Control forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ regularization in terms of No. of a/cs & volume.
∎ Maintain service levels within acceptable ranges, including customer service, especially to resolve problem at early stage of delinquencies.
∎ Achieve predefined target of PAR, NPL, Flow rate
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by giving best services.
∎ Communicate with delinquent borrowers, borrower’s family members and guarantors through over phone/physical visit.
∎ To take initiative to update customer’s information (Phones, addresses) in the software system and to be firmed whether customers getting reminder letters or not
∎ Ensure ‘No customer complaint’ environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Collection Negotiation Skill and related Collection Activities
∎ Must have product knowledge.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Must have PC literacy.
∎ Minimum Graduation Degree in any subject.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
