Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior experience working in apparel manufacturing facilities is a plus.
∎ Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing civil issues.
∎ Strong knowledge of civil systems, circuits, and components.
∎ Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
∎ Proficiency in using civil testing and diagnostic equipment.
∎ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and Drawing: Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Project Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement of materials, and coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders.
∎ Supervision: Supervise construction activities, conduct regular site visits, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
∎ Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction workmanship and materials, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, external contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical projects management practices, contributing to overall organizational growth and development.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
