• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Candidates with experience in the paint, resin, or coatings sector will be given priority.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for sales may also apply.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.Must be willing to travel extensively within Dhaka city for client visits.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base within Dhaka city.

• Visit prospective customers and conduct technical/product presentations.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery coordination.

• Provide after-sales service and resolve client issues professionally.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.

• Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
