Candidates with experience in the paint, resin, or coatings sector will be given priority.
Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for sales may also apply.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software will be an added advantage.Must be willing to travel extensively within Dhaka city for client visits.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new sales opportunities and expand the client base within Dhaka city.
Visit prospective customers and conduct technical/product presentations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and delivery coordination.
Provide after-sales service and resolve client issues professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
