Experience:
Lead and manage the pastry and bakery team, ensuring consistent product quality, presentation, and innovation.
Design and execute dessert and bakery menus for various outlets, including à la carte restaurants, banquets, buffets, and in-room dining.
Develop seasonal, event-specific, and custom menus in alignment with the overall culinary direction.
Oversee daily production, inventory management, and cost control to ensure efficiency and minimize waste.
Ensure adherence to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards as per HACCP and company policies.
Train, mentor, and evaluate pastry and bakery team members to support professional growth and performance excellence.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B management to maintain a cohesive culinary offering and guest experience.
Conduct regular tastings, quality audits, and kitchen inspections to maintain consistency and high standards.
Manage procurement of pastry-specific ingredients and equipment, ensuring quality and supplier reliability.
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products to drive innovation and competitiveness.
