∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
∎ M. Pharm / B. Pharm (5 years Professional Degree) from any reputed university.

Requirements:

∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good analytical skills including computer proficiency.
∎ Ability and willingness to work in the field and visit doctors and pharmacies.
∎ Ability to develop effective relationships with medical doctors, particularly opinion leaders & key prescribers.
∎ Ability to work in cross functional teams.
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and oversee marketing strategies, promotional initiatives, and brand plans for the designated portfolio of brands.
∎ Identify & capitalize on new business opportunities, introducing timely products through strategic planning and effective project management.
∎ Analyze the performance of brands and the overall portfolio, implementing monthly action plans for field forces, and providing training to enhance their performance and achieve goals.
∎ Develop an annual budget and optimize allocated resources for the assigned portfolio.
∎ Organize and attend CME, RTD and FGD on the designated portfolio in collaboration with KOLs.
∎ New product launching activities and product/portfolio life cycle management.
